Lincoln Legal Services, Inc. was co-founded by Michael Murano and Richard Linford in Salt Lake City, Utah.

After searching the marketplace cmparing numerous legal service plans, they decided that a more comprehensive program could and should be developed. Spending over two years researching the industry they introduced Lincoln Legal Services initially to Utah residences.
